Chai Point with its unique concept of enhancing the chai offering for Indians, wanted a branding intervention that will capture its true essence, its future vision of becoming synonymous with the an experience called tea. Our objective for this rebranding exercise was not just to enhance the brand appeal by contemporizing the brand, create a brand that is culturally rich and has all the right ingredients to go on to be an icon.
